The mobile pallet changer is an Easy-to-use mobile machines that adaptable in any space. equipped with a clamping unit, designed for transferring products to new pallet. This model features a "wide base" design, with an internal leg width of 1320mm within the main frame, allowing operation beyond the perimeter of the pallet.

One of the key benefits of this machine is its adjustable platforms, which can compress to a minimal height of 320mm. This capability enables to accommodate pallets up to 1200mm in width and handle loads approximately up to 1500kg.

Step-by-Step Operation Guide：

Move the Machine: The operator uses the "Side Press" to guide the machine towards the load on the pallet that needs to be exchanged.
Activate Side Press: The operator activates the two side platforms through the control panel on the machine to laterally press the product.
Adjust Pressure: The pressure can be adjusted using a gauge on the machine to prevent damage to the product during compression.
Transfer the Product: Once the product is securely pressed, the operator lifts it from the old pallet and transports it to the new pallet.
