HORIZONTAL COIL PACKING MACHINE

In the horizontal coil wrapping solution for steel coil, the small coil OD conveying and wrapping is an problem. Because in the wrapping station, the gap between the roller conveyor is can not be pass. Becuase of the gap of the roller caused by ring turning is app. >230mm

1) Can we bypass the arm when running the bigger OD? 

Since the arm's main function is to cater products with particular small OD. This helps reduce cycle time and increase output. Please advise.

2) Is the conveyor speed in sync with the arm? 

If the conveyor speed increases, will the arm speed increase as well?

3) how bout the Stretch film OD?

It is OD:80-110mm
4) How to place the ldpe?
User need to open gate, then enter to fill up the lpde. When user open the gate, how's the interlock safety mechanism? Is machine going to reset or stop all the system due to interlock safety gate open.?

Open the gate, the machine program pose and stop. close the gate, program continue.

The program of the coil packing machine inculdes the automatic coil holding, swing arm positioning...that can be designed for bearing, copper coil...
