How It Works – Operation Workflow

Pre-Check & Initialization
Ensure the machine is in standby mode with no fault indicators. The work area must be free of obstructions and potential hazards. -
Coil Loading
Place the aluminum coil precisely at the center of the blocker roller station. Misalignment may affect wrapping precision or cause collisions during transport. -
Parameter Setting
Access the touch-screen control panel to select predefined wrapping recipes or input custom parameters such as film tension, overlapping rate, and number of layers. -
Film Loading
Confirm that the stretch film is sufficient and correctly installed. The film should be properly tensioned and secured in place for consistent wrapping. -
Station Selection & Automatic Orientation
Select the desired blocker roller station (e.g., “Automation A”) under Auto Mode. The machine will self-navigate to the specified station using guided rail logic. -
Alignment & Verification
After positioning, verify that the shuttle aligns with the coil center. Ensure unobstructed passage for the orbital arm to avoid impact with the coil or frame. -
Initiate Wrapping
Step away from the operation zone. Press the “Start” button to initiate the wrapping cycle. The machine will follow the pre-set parameters autonomously. -
Orbital Wrapping Cycle
The orbital wrapper wraps the coil with plastic stretch film in a uniform pattern, securing the product tightly while avoiding material waste. -
Film Cutting & Clamping
Upon completion, the mechanical hand automatically cuts and clamps the film, ensuring a clean, secure finish. -
Station Rotation
Confirm that the next coil and station are ready. Select the next blocker roller station and repeat the process for uninterrupted wrapping cycles.
