Functional features

1. Dust removal

It can remove paper hair, paper dust, paper powder, printing powder and other impurities. Before printing, it can remove paper hairs, paper dust, paper powder and other impurities, improve the surface quality of the paper to be printed, improve the printing quality, and reduce about 80% of the waste in the printing process. After printing, spray powder can be removed to speed up ink drying and prevent quality problems such as adhesion and dirt behind.

2. Loosening paper

Through vibration, the wind plays a role in loosening the paper, reducing the adhesion of double sheets and paper, reducing the number of stoppages and improving production efficiency.

Workflow：

1. Hydraulic trolley pushes the paper pile into the finishing machine.

2. Paper machine automatically presses the paper pile up and down, turns it over to the top, rotates it 180 degrees and tilts the paper pile.

3. 3. Turn on the blowing and vibration buttons of the finishing machine to dust the pile (remove paper hairs, confetti, dust), loosen the pile and align the paper by vibration.

4. After aligning the paper, turn the paper over and place it back on the floor.

5. The paper machine opens the upper and lower platens and takes the paper away with the hydraulic trolley.
