Automatic aluminum profile paper packing machine

This is an automatic Aluminum profliel paper covering packing machine for covering the paper for aluminum bundle which works for single profile or profile bundles.Beside the paper covering, the packing material can be PE sheet, board. The solution aiming at the problems of high labor intensity, low packaging efficiency and high cost of manual packaging in the paper covering.

A. The machine includes feeding table that for gathering the aluminum profile bundle and feeding into the paper covering station.

B. The automatic paper roll feeding device is for clamping the head of the paper and drawing the paper to the other side of the covering station. The paper length will be cutting per length setting.

C. After paper sheet ready in the station, the bundle will be feeding to the top of the paper.

D. The belt holding devices would raising and turning so that the paper will be folding around the aluminum profile bundle.

E. After pipe covering and folding, the paper package will be automatic tapping at the surface with 3-4 position that is for fixing the paper package.

F. The unloading device will pick up the packed profile and shifting to the conveyor.
