Trolley Loading Steel Coil Wrapping Machine

The Trolley Loading Steel Coil Wrapping Machine is a heavy-duty orbital wrapping system specially designed for eye-down steel coils, slit coils, stainless steel coils, copper coils, and aluminum coils. Unlike conventional fixed-loading machines, this series features a motorized trolley that transports the coil smoothly into and out of the wrapping position, providing safer handling and higher production efficiency.

The machine adopts eye-through wrapping technology, allowing packaging materials such as stretch film, PE film, VCI film, woven tape, or crepe paper to pass through the coil eye and wrap around the entire circumference. This packaging method creates a tight, moisture-resistant barrier that protects coils from dust, rust, scratches, and transportation damage.
