Automatic wire rod compacting and strapping machine

This Wire Rod Strapping & Compacting Line includes compacting frames, block roller, strapping heads, electric cabinet, pneumatic and hydraulic installation. This line will be fully automatic with manual operations mode.After connecting with C-hook handling line, the wire rod coil should move the wire coil on the compressing station manually/automatically. The c-hook along with the coil will be displaced to the position of the strapping table for strapping.

After coil compacting, PET/steel strapping head auto strapping 4 straps per coil

The strapped rod coil moves out to the compressing station by crane

Wire rod coil was automatically compressed, the whole packing line compression stroke can be set, the compression mechanism is reserved place port for the PET strapping or steel belt. There is a slot or interface for strapping monitor and setting which is able rotate rod coil in any Angle.
