Product Overview

The Vertical Ring-Type Coil Wrapping Machine is a high-efficiency, cost-effective packaging solution specifically designed for donut-shaped or toroidal products. Featuring a specialized open-ring structure where the track opens downward, this machine allows operators to effortlessly roll coils into and out of the wrapping station from the top.

To maximize ergonomic safety and reduce labor intensity, the machine's operating tabletop can be installed flush with the workshop floor, eliminating the need for heavy lifting equipment. It is the ideal economic choice for packaging light-duty steel wire coils, plastic pipes, hoses, and tires.

Key Technical Features

Flush-to-Floor Design The machine base can be recessed into the floor for seamless roll-in/roll-out handling without heavy lifting.

Dual Inverter Optimization Independent frequency inverters allow separate speed adjustments for both the rotating ring and supporting rollers.

Adjustable Overlap Rate The wrapping tape or film overlap ratio can be precisely tuned between 10% and 90% via the control interface.

Soft Start & Soft Stop Prevents sudden jerks, ensuring light-gauge or unstable wire coils remain securely in place during rotation.

PU Protective Rollers Heavy-duty supporting rollers are entirely coated with long-life Polyurethane (PU) to prevent product surface scratches.

Plug-and-Play Installation No complex on-site assembly required. Ready to operate immediately once connected to the 380V power supply.

Operation Process

Load the Coil

Roll the unwrapped wire coil or pipe into the wrapping station across the floor-level track.

Fix the Material

Manually pull the packaging material from the carrier and tie/affix it securely to the starting point of the coil.

Execute Wrapping

Press the "Start" button. The ring rotates through the core while the supporting rollers turn the coil automatically.

Cut and Seal

Once the wrapping cycle completes, manually cut the packaging material and secure the trailing edge to the coil.

Unload the Product

Roll the fully protected, wrapped coil out of the station to clear the runway for the next cycle.
