Why bubble film over plain stretch
A wooden case or a machined part has corners and surfaces that can be scratched in transit. Bubble film adds a cushion between the load and the outer wrap, so the protection is gentler than a single stretch layer.
The dispenser makes the cushion part of the wrapping step instead of a separate manual wrap. Film width and grade are confirmed per project.
What the machine does

Cover then pass on
Once the top cover is laid and stretched, the mechanism resets and the load moves forward on the conveyor. At the next station the end faces are closed in so the wrap finishes around the load.
