What the B series does
The B series is an inline pallet wrapping machine that combines stretch wrapping with a top film dispenser at one station. The pallet enters, a film sheet is laid across the top, stretch film closes the sides and locks the sheet edges, and the film is cut and sealed before the pallet leaves.
The result is a weather-resistant, dust-tight enclosure on all five exposed faces, done in the line instead of as a separate station.
The line pains it solves
Manual wrapping creates three recurring problems in a dispatch line. A hand wrap station bottlenecks the flow, load stability depends on the person holding the film, and the wrap pattern drifts from pallet to pallet. The B series is built around those three. The wrap cycle runs automatically to the same tension and pattern every time, which keeps the load stable through handling and removes the manual step from the end of the line.
The inline wrapping cycle
The machine runs a fixed sequence, synchronized with the conveyor. The loaded pallet enters and stops in the wrap zone. The integrated dispenser cuts and drapes a protective film sheet over the load, before or during the wrap cycle. Stretch film is then applied around the sides, unitizing the load and locking the top sheet’s edges. Finally the film is cut and sealed, and the pallet exits ready for storage or shipment.
The top film dispenser difference
What sets this configuration apart is the automated top sheet. The dispenser lays the sheet without an operator climbing onto the load, so the top face is covered every cycle. Combined with the spiral side wrap, the sheet turns the package into a five-sided enclosure, deterring dust, moisture and tampering, and keeping airborne contaminants off the top of the product during storage. The sheet size and timing follow the load, per project.
Arm or turntable
The B series wraps the sides with a rotating arm or a turntable, and the choice follows the load and the line. A rotating arm suits heavy, unstable or irregular loads that should not be spun. A turntable suits stable loads and a conventional footprint. Both apply the same side film and lock the same top sheet; the motion type is confirmed with you per project.
Cut, seal and exit
At cycle completion the machine clamps and cuts the film tail and seals it to the load by heat seal or wipe-down, selected per project, so the wrap does not unravel. The protected pallet then leaves the wrap zone on the conveyor, ready for immediate storage or shipment. The cut and seal is part of the automatic cycle, so every pallet leaves finished rather than needing a hand tuck.

The wrapper runs from its control panel with an emergency stop at the operator position and guarding around the arm or turntable travel and the film path. Keep clear while a cycle runs.
