Fhope team offers high efficiency and combined design with coiling & PP belt strapping, saving labour cost. Finished coil making are packed neatly, intellect arm will carry coiled cable driven by DC motor, which help carry and turn coil smoothly. Machine can be aligned after with your extrusion line or rewinding independently according to customers’ real requirements.
One side type strapping way, PP belt will be tied around the outer diameter of the finished coil. Automatic positioning for different coils size without any manual operation.
The strapping action adopts safe hot welding mode with adjustable tension.

Coil height min need at 45mm, strapping with smooth and high quality, the success rate can be as high as 99%.
Way 1: Machine be equipped with 2 strapping devices for 4 straps per coil.A turntable can be fixed between 2 strapping head to rotating coil for strapping positioning.
Way 2: Equipped with one turntable after coiling head, for rotating the finished coil at the corresponding angle 90 degrees to forward & backward to achieve 4 places tying with PP belt.
A full- automaticallycable coil shrinking packing line is a solution for cable coiling making, strapping (option) and then sealing and shrinking packaging for cable coils one by one. For keeping the cable coil shape without loosing after coiling, before shrinking wrap the cable coil will be binding by pp belt.
