What the clip shows
The clip shows a semi-automatic turntable pallet wrapper at work in a production hall.

What semi-automatic means here
- Operator steps. The operator places the load, attaches the film and cuts it at the end.
- Machine steps. The machine turns the load, runs the carriage up and down, and counts the wraps.
- Height sensing. A photocell finds the top of the load, so the carriage stops at the right height.
- Wrap settings. Top, middle and bottom wraps are counted separately and can be set on the panel.

Film use with 250% pre-stretch
Worked example (illustrative). At 250% pre-stretch, 1 m of film off the roll becomes 3.5 m on the load. A 1,500 m roll can therefore lay about 1,500 × 3.5 = 5,250 m of film. If one load takes 150 m of stretched film, the roll covers about 5,250 ÷ 150 = 35 loads.
Selection checklist
- Load length and width, with the load diagonal inside the 2,000 mm maximum turning diameter, and load height.
- Load weight against the 1,800 kg rating.
- Forklift or pallet-truck loading, and whether a ramp is needed.
- Film thickness and pre-stretch level.
- Loads per hour, and whether you need an inline turntable pallet wrapper instead.
Safety
The turntable rotates the load while the operator works close by to attach and cut the film. Our A200 has a red mushroom-head emergency stop, a lockable electrical disconnect and soft start and stop. We guard the zone to the risk assessment. For CE markets we apply ISO 12100:2010 for the risk assessment and EN 415-6:2013 for pallet wrapping machines.
