Introducing the Copper Coil Winding and Packaging Line

Application:

The Copper Coil Winding and Packaging Line is a fully automated system developed specifically for off-line wire packaging operations.

This advanced line is capable of auto-detecting wire length, fabricating coils with the aid of a Stand Drawing Device, and performing automatic strapping using PET/PP with 2 or 4 straps. 

Power conveyors methodically feed the coils one-by-one into the wrapping machine for packaging.

The line also features an automatic stacking system equipped with a multi-directional hook mechanism capable of moving up, down, left, and right, deftly handling the coil transfer from the conveyor to the unloading trolley.
