Tilter Table

Tilting tables are a key component in the manufacturing of large, level precast concrete elements like panels, solid walls, and sandwich walls. 

To achieve optimal surface quality, the table surface is ground, and shuttering elements of various sizes and thicknesses are utilized to create openings for doors and windows. 

High-frequency vibrators compact freshly poured concrete, and the table can be outfitted with heating systems to expedite the curing process. Hydraulic systems featuring synchronized telescopic cylinders allow for safe removal of the precast element after tilting. 

Each tilting table is custom-designed to meet customer requirements and is built for mobility, allowing for easy transportation from site to site. With additional features such as concrete spreaders, surface smoothing equipment, and plotters, these tables facilitate fast and straightforward production of precast concrete elements.
