Wire rod compactor with steel wire strapping machine

The horizontal type wire rod compactor drived by hydraulic system and electric. The two pressing stand functions are perfectly for heavy load wire rod conpacting by the compacting force upto 50T. The machine get the great efficiency from wire rod coil loading, strapping and unloading.

The wire rod coil compactor connect to the end of wire rod mill line that provides the ability to automatically compress and wire rod coils with strong binding foce for transport or storage.

C-Hook crane transports the wire rod coils in&out the compactor.

Roller for supportive the wire rod coil in strapping.

4  strapping heads for 4 belts strapping at one time.

Strapping heads for automatic wire drawing, stretch, twist and knot making.

By equipped with reliable electrical gear motor-driven feeding units the strapping wire can be feeding , stretch and binding with perfect sucessful rate in strapping.
