Our specialized line is purpose-built for the packaging of a variety of materials including stainless steel, copper, and aluminum coils. The system is composed of several key components such as a turnstile, coil separator, weighing device, strapping machine, stacking unit, and a conveyor line.

This line is particularly efficient for the segregation, strapping, stacking, and weighing of copper coils with widths spanning from 10mm to 300mm.

The entire machinery is regulated by a supervisory control system, enabling manual operation of each component as required.

The machine comes equipped with a hydraulic press station, with the user providing power and air supply.

The technical specifications of the coil packing line include a coil weight range of 100-3000kg, and a coil width accommodation of 30-300mm.

The outer diameter of the coil can vary from 600-1500mm, with an inner diameter of 508mm. The roller speed is set at 2-4m/min with a wrapping speed of 20-60sec/pcs. The rotation speed ranges from 20-100r/min with an overlap scope of 20%-80%. The machine operates on a power voltage of 380v/60Hz with a power output of approximately 3.6kw. The air supply requirement is 4-6kgf/m2.

The packing material utilized is a PP belt with ID:50mm, OD:100-500mm, and Width:100mm.
