Overview:

The China Automatic Copper Strip Coil Weighing, Packing, and Stacking Line is a comprehensive system composed of multiple integral components, each designed to contribute to a smooth and efficient operation. 

The system includes a cross arm, coil turnover vehicle, PET strapping device, 90-degree transfer conveyors, horizontal conveyor, internal diameter label printer, centering conveyor, woven belt wrapping machine, external diameter label printer, centering pickup table, stacker, rotary stacking turntable, industrial-grade computer, and a control system.

Description:

The China Automatic Copper Strip Coil Weighing, Packing, and Stacking Line is designed to handle steel coils that range from 80 to 5000 kg in weight. 

It can accommodate coils with an outer diameter of 750-1400 mm, an internal diameter of 508 mm, and a width of 17-400 mm. 

The system operates on a 380 V 50 Hz power supply. The coil turnstile, or cross arm, is built to support a maximum load of 10T per arm and a total load of 40T. The arm, measuring 1500 mm, is designed to rotate automatically according to a pre-set material lifting algorithm.

The coil down ender is engineered to lift and flip the material. It can handle a minimum width of 15 mm and completes a cycle in 20-30 seconds. The table extends beyond 1600 mm in length. 

The machine lifts the coil automatically based on the data provided either manually or through Profinet.

The PET strapping machine ensures the steel coil is secured through the eye. It adjusts the strapping angle automatically and can perform 3/4/6 strapping. 

The strapping material is PET with a thickness of 0.80 mm and a width of 16 mm. The strapping process takes approximately 15 seconds per cycle.

The woven belt wrapping machine envelops the steel coil with a PP woven sheet. The packing material has an ID of 55 mm, an OD of 100-450 mm, and a width of 90-100 mm.

The stacker with turntable has a maximum stacking height of 1000 mm (including the pallet height), a maximum stacking weight of 6000 kg per pallet, and a maximum single coil weight of 4000 kg. 

The stacking turntable has six stations and can detect the thickness of the steel belt to select the turntable station.

The control system includes an industrial PC system for automation in coil handling and packaging control. It monitors and controls all machinery and equipment. It receives data parameters from the slitting line or barcode reader for coil downending, printing, etc. It also shares the packing data with the production system, such as MRC, ERP, etc.

Summary:

Upon contract effectiveness, the project schedule includes general arrangement planning of the workshop area, line layout arrangement, foundation loading data and bolt plan, manufacture of mechanical and electric equipment, instrument, automatic and hydraulic equipment, transport, erection of equipment & trial testing, individual function commissioning, cold & hot running, test commissioning, and acceptance.
