Presenting the Automatic Copper Tube Coil Packaging Line

Our comprehensive range of copper tube coil handling and packing line offers economical, automatic, and manual operations, all managed by a PC controller. The packing line has the capability to connect with the upstram coiling line or pick up coils from the pallet. It features automatic strapping machines that strap the coil through the coil tail's ID and stack the coils on a skid for storage and shipment.

The system escalates the coil handling and packing speed, protects the surface of the product and minimizes damage, saves manpower, and reduces maintenance time and cost.

In this system, copper tube coils can be wrapped in plastic stretch film for dust and moisture protection. The user-friendly design allows tracking of the coils during packing, weighing, and labeling for efficient store and stock control.

Main Components of the Copper Tube Coil Handling and Packing Line:

1. Copper Tube Coil conveyor and automatic infeeding machine:

This system effectively lifts individual bare coils from a turnstile and transfers them to a conveyor. The setup includes a hydraulic station, coil lifter, and conveyor.

2. Steel Coil Strapping Machine:

The automatic PET/PP strapping machine for steel coils is designed for eye-through strapping. It can elevate and rotate the coil 360 degrees for precise and secure strapping.

3. Copper Tube Coil Packing Machine:

This fully automatic machine wraps copper tube coils with HDPE,paper and stretch film, ensuring consistent and reliable protection throughout handling and transportation.

4. Centering Station:

The Centering Station uses a roller conveyor and lifting table to guide and center tube coils efficiently for subsequent processing stages.

5.Packed Coil Stacking Machine:

This advanced solution transfers packed coils from the centering conveyor to a pallet, one at a time, reducing manual labor and enhancing safety and efficiency.
