Description:

 

 

 

This is an orbital stretch wrapping machine which designed for MDF board packaging, which is a ring type wrapper. The board get through the ring ID by conveyor and the film fix on the ring so that is able as moving as wrapping for long shape board, panel, profile...The control system can be semiauto or automatic per packing requirement. Conveyor size and length can be made per board size.

 

The board wrapping machine is able work for one pics board or board bundle wrapping.

Operation (with PLC & Mechanical hand):

 

 

Load the products onto the in feeding conveyor.

Move automatically to the best wrapping position.

The press down device presses the package automatically.

Go through the wrapping station.

Wrap the products.

Cut the packing material.

Unload the packed products.

Next one in circle.

1.Improve protection and eliminate damage

 

With the Stretch Wrapping Solution by spiral orbital profile wrapping machine, the board can be well protected by LLDPE stretch film, paper, PE.... Also, there is bubble film covering machine for full size wrapping.  Once the film is stretched on the surface of products, it elongates like a rubber band, to make tighten and strengthen. It prevents damage for highly polished surfaces requirement. It's good method to protect the products in transition. Avoid the requirement for interleaved buffer materials.

And, it is no limited with one or more layers of stretch film to strengthen. Overlapping rate from 10-90% is adjustable according to the real width of covering. Your long shape products can beprotected well from dust, moisture, damage.
