Functions: 

This is a automatic horizontal stretch wrapper machine specialized for horizontal shapes such as sheets, doors, Floor board, the wrapped package is well-protected & sealed & looks more tidy. The machine can be connecting to the packing line for systematic approach wrapping. It usually works for big size board, panel packing by film stretch wrapping.

Installation:

The machine shall be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1 ton/m2.
 
Door Wrapping Station:

• It is an strong version Double-ring & 4 group wheels devices for big ring.
• Friction and position between driving wheels and ring is adjustable.
• Speed of the ring and base roller is adjustable by inverter.
• Soft start and start.
• Wrapping position reset
• Presetting Packing material tension before wrapping.
• Widely stretch film, LLDPE adopted by material frame.

Automatic wrapping protective System:

• Sensor checking the pakage in wrapping.
• Decompression system for right press.
• Automatic protective devices are able to avoid products shaking in wrapping.
• Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packaging position.
• The wrapping start and stop positions adjustable for difference packing purpose.
• Two sets of press down devices in the conveyors.  
• Interlock and light beam with fence for option.

PLC&HMI control system:

• Photocell sensor is adopted for setting packing position.
