Executive summary Hand-stacking light PVC raceway lengths into bundles is slow and leaves uneven ends, which makes bundles harder to pack and ship. Our line in this video feeds white PVC raceway, aligns it on guide rails, stacks the lengths and holds the stack under a press head to form uniform bundles. Pieces per bundle follow from the Stücke über mal die layers high, and that sets the bundle size.

Was das Video zeigt
White PVC raceway lengths enter from the left through a clamp feed and run along guide rails on the conveyor, which keep each length straight.
A press head above the line holds the lengths in place under yellow guards, and photo sensors watch the moving sections. The aligned lengths are collected into a tidy stack at the right before they leave the line. The control panel has a touchscreen, a green Start button and an orange Reset button, and a warning label on a yellow post warns against reaching in.
How raceway lengths become a bundle
Die Zeitangaben werden aus den Video-Zeitstempeln abgelesen.
| Schritt | Was ist loss | Videozeit |
|---|---|---|
| Newsfeed | Lengths enter through the clamp feed | etwa 0–4 Sekunden |
| Ausrichten | Guide rails straighten each length | etwa 8–12 Sekunden |
| Stapeln | Lengths are collected at the right | etwa 16–20 Sekunden |
| Presse | The head holds the lengths in place | etwa 24–48 Sekunden |
| Außen | The bundle moves to the exit | etwa 52–56 Sekunden |
Aligned ends and a pressed stack give a bundle that packs square.
Stückzahl pro Bündel
Illustratives Beispiel:
| Artikel | Wert |
|---|---|
| Raceway width (illustrative) | 40mm |
| Raceway height (illustrative) | 25mm |
| Pieces across, 400 ÷ 40 | 10 |
| Layers high, 100 ÷ 25 | 4 |
| Bundle-Bereich | 400 × 100 mm |
| Pieces per bundle, 10 × 4 | 40 |
Change the raceway size and the same bundle section holds a different count.
Kontrollen und Sicherheit
The clamp feed, guide sections and press head move with force. Keep hands out of the yellow-guarded sections, as the warning label on the post says, and clear a jam only with the line stopped and isolated.
Die anzuwendenden Normen hängen vom Zielmarkt ab. Für CE-Märkte legt ISO 12100 die Risikobewertungsmethode fest und EN 415-10 die allgemeinen Anforderungen an Verpackungsmaschinen.
Selection checklist for a raceway bundle packing line
- Raceway profile size and length.
- Pieces per bundle and bundle section.
- Bundle wrapping or strapping after stacking.
- Line speed of the extruder feeding the line.
- Labels on each bundle.
- Grundfläche.
Häufig gestellte Fragen zur Technik
Q: What does the line do? A: It feeds, aligns, presses and stacks PVC raceway lengths into bundles.
Q: How many pieces are in a bundle? A: Pieces across times layers high: 10 × 4 gives 40 in a 400 × 100 mm bundle in our example.
Q: Why align the lengths first? A: Square ends and straight lengths stack evenly and pack square.
Q: How is the line operated? A: From a touchscreen panel with a green Start button and an orange Reset button.
Q: Can it take my raceway sizes? A: Send the profile sizes and lengths and we set the bundle plan.
