Concrete Precast Wall Tilter Table

Precast concrete wall tilter table machine can produce almost any reinforced concrete product for construction, including non-standard construction. It can be used in both large production plants and small businesses. Can be produced on the workbench inside and outside wall panel, beam, column, pile, elevator shaft products, flat plate and other surface non-standard products.

The acceptable deviation between the forming surface and the plane is 2mm× 3m. The worktable supports 1000kg per square meter. The table is made of 10mm thick and high hardness steel. The surface width is up to 4 meters and the longitudinal length is up to 12 meters. If necessary, it can be assembled into wires of the desired length. The configuration of the turning machine can be customized according to the needs of customers. In addition, it can also install hydraulic unit, vibrator, telescopic cylinder, hot rail, safety chain, control cabinet and other equipment.

Control panel (or control cabinet) controls not only vibration and hydraulics, but also steam curing modes. If the heating medium is heat conduction oil, the temperature range is 140 to 190 degrees, the heat curing process of concrete takes 12 hours.The product is heated from 20 degrees to 80 degrees in four hours. Then the temperature stays the same for another four hours, and after another four hours, the temperature gradually drops to 20 degrees. Steam curing parameters are not fixed. Temperature difference and heating time can be adjusted according to production needs and grade of concrete.
