Product Overview
The FHOPEPACK V-Type Pallet Changer (FPFZ-V01) is a floor-level handling pallet changing machine that tilts loads 120 degrees for efficient pallet exchange. The unique V-shaped turning table provides excellent support for the load, preventing deformation during the tilting process.
This machine is a natural element in any pallet-less loading system. By separating the pallet from the load, you can easily exchange pallets while retaining your own pallets in-house. It's an ideal solution for products that will be hand-balled out at their destination.
How It Works
- Load goods onto the pallet changer platform using hand pallet truck or forklift
- After 120° turning, the base table lowers to the ground, separating pallet from load
- Change the old pallet for a new one from the bottom
- The base table raises to place the new pallet under the load
- Return the goods to floor level position
- Remove the goods from the pallet changer
