The FHOPEPACK 95° Pallet Changer (FPFZ-CH01) is a floor-level handling pallet changing machine that turns loads 95 degrees for pallet exchange. The unique design features independent turning of the base pallet platform and turning structure, which separates the pallet from the load for easy exchange.
This economical solution is perfect for operations that need reliable pallet exchange without the higher cost of full 180° inverters or V-Type changers. The 95° angle provides sufficient access to change pallets while maintaining a compact machine footprint.
Operation Steps
- Load goods onto the pallet changer using hand pallet truck or forklift
- After 95° turning, the base table automatically lowers to ground level
- The pallet is now separated from the load base
- Remove the old pallet and insert the new pallet
- The base table rises to place the changed pallet under the load
- Turn the goods back 95° to floor level position
- Remove the goods from the pallet changer
