Operation Process

Load Placement

Place the pallet load onto the inverter platform using forklift or pallet jack. Ensure load is centered.

Clamp Activation

Activate the dual clamping system to securely hold the load from both sides. Pressure is adjustable.

180° Rotation

The platform rotates 180 degrees, inverting the load. Rotation speed is smooth and controllable.

Pallet Exchange

With the load inverted, remove the original pallet and insert the new pallet.

Return & Release

Rotate back to original position, release clamps, and remove the load with new pallet.
