Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about pallet inverters and material handling solutions.
General Questions
What is a pallet inverter?
A pallet inverter is a material handling machine that rotates loaded pallets 180 degrees to transfer goods from one pallet to another. It's used for pallet exchange, container loading, and damaged goods recovery.
What's the difference between a pallet inverter and pallet changer?
Pallet inverters typically rotate 180 degrees for complete inversion, while pallet changers use tilting mechanisms (95° or 120°) to slide pallets out. Both achieve pallet exchange but with different mechanics.
What capacity ranges do you offer?
We offer models from 1,000 kg (1T) to 2,500 kg (2.5T) capacity. Our most popular models are 1.5T and 2T capacity units suitable for most applications.
Operation & Safety
How long does a typical cycle take?
Cycle times vary by model: 180° inverters take ~25-40 seconds, V-Type changers take 30-50 seconds, and 95° changers take 30-50 seconds per pallet.
What safety features are included?
All our machines include emergency stop buttons, safety guards, photoelectric sensors, mechanical locks, and CE-compliant electrical systems. Remote control operation keeps operators at a safe distance.
Do operators need special training?
Basic operation requires minimal training (1-2 hours). We provide operation manuals and can arrange on-site training for larger installations. The controls are intuitive with clear labeling.
Installation & Maintenance
What are the installation requirements?
Floor-level models require only a flat, level concrete floor (±5mm over 2m) and 380V/3-phase power. 180° inverters may require a pit depending on loading height requirements.
How much maintenance is required?
Minimal maintenance needed: daily visual inspection, weekly hydraulic oil level check, and annual hydraulic oil change. Moving parts are grease-sealed for life.
What about spare parts availability?
We stock all common spare parts at our factory and can ship within 24-48 hours. Critical components like hydraulic cylinders, motors, and electrical parts are readily available.
Pricing & Delivery
What is the price range?
Prices vary by model and specifications. Entry-level 95° changers start around $15,000, V-Type models around $20,000, and 180° inverters around $18,000. Contact us for specific quotes.
What is the typical delivery time?
Standard models: 45-60 days after order confirmation. Custom configurations may require 60-90 days. We also maintain limited stock of popular models for faster delivery.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, all machines come with 1-year full machine warranty and 10-year structural warranty. Extended warranty packages are available for additional coverage.
