Below we walk through the stations, list the published 10–12 pcs/min speed for 6 m profiles, and set out the checks before a line is built for your extrusion output.

Cómo funciona el aplicador de película y la línea de trabajo
El operario introduce cada perfil por la entrada del aplicador. Un dispositivo de accionamiento sujeta el perfil y lo mueve a través de las estaciones de film. La máquina comprueba la longitud y corta el film a la medida antes de aplicarlo sobre las superficies. Un anillo de envoltura permite cubrir completamente la sección donde sea necesario. Los perfiles envueltos se desplazan por la cinta transportadora hasta el estante de recogida para su descarga.

El método manual habitual requiere dos personas (una para alimentar la línea y otra para cortarla). Un aplicador automático está dimensionado para que un solo operario pueda mantener la línea alimentada.

Una línea de envasado completa añade cintas transportadoras, el anillo de envoltura y el estante de acabado para que coincidan con la producción de extrusión y las caras que deben cubrirse.

- Profile length, width and height against 3,000–7,500 mm / 10–200 mm / 10–150 mm.
- Faces to cover, and film or tape for each face.
- Whether a wrapping ring is needed after the face applicator.
- Profiles per hour against 10–12 pieces per minute for 6 m profiles.
- Space for infeed conveyor, outfeed conveyor and gathering rack.
- Operator access and guarding at the infeed nip.
Controles y seguridad
En el vídeo, el operario introduce el material manualmente en la entrada, cerca de los rodillos motorizados. La solución a eliminar es la proximidad de las manos al punto de entrada: protegemos la entrada para que el perfil acceda desde la cinta transportadora sin que ninguna mano se encuentre dentro del punto de entrada.
Deténgase, aísle y bloquee el acceso antes de que alguien desatasque la batería, cambie un rollo de película o intente pasar la barrera del guardia de entrada.
Las normas aplicables dependen del mercado de destino. Para los mercados CE, la norma ISO 12100 establece el método de evaluación de riesgos y la norma EN 415-10 abarca los requisitos generales para las máquinas de envasado, que establecen las protecciones y el sistema de parada de emergencia.

A: No. The face applicator is the base station; a wrapping ring is added when the project needs a full cover around the section, as in the clip.

A: One operator at the infeed; the usual manual method needs two (feed and cut).
Q: What power does the applicator use?
A: Total power is 6.75 kW.
Q: What covering materials can it apply?
A: Protective film or tape on the selected profile faces.
