Samenvatting Profile bundles need a closed film cover to keep dust and scratches off the finish on the way to the customer. Our line in this video takes an aluminum profile bundle on the conveyor, covers it in film, seals the film and pushes the packed bundle out for pickup. Film per bundle follows from the bundelomtrek en bundle length, plus the seal overlap.

Wat de video laat zien
A bundle of aluminum profiles arrives on the conveyor and stops at the packing station while the signal tower shows green.
The film unit unwinds film over the bundle, and the arm comes down to hold it as the film is drawn round. The film is then pulled tight and sealed along its length, and the packed bundle is pushed out to the end of the conveyor for the next step or forklift pickup.
The cabinet has a touchscreen, start and stop buttons and a covered red emergency stop, with a second emergency stop on the left column and yellow rails along the conveyor. The FHOPE watermark shows in the video.
How a bundle is packed
De tijden worden afgelezen van de tijdstempels in de video.
| Stap voor | Wat gebeurt | Video tijd |
|---|---|---|
| Voeden | The bundle arrives and stops at the station | ongeveer 0–30 seconden |
| Hoes | Film is unwound over the bundle and held | ongeveer 30–48 seconden |
| Afdichting | Film is pulled tight and sealed lengthwise | ongeveer 48–60 seconden |
| Uit | The packed bundle is pushed to the conveyor end | ongeveer 60–84 seconden |
The film is sealed along the whole length, so the cover is closed before the bundle leaves.
Film per bundel
Illustratief voorbeeld:
| Item | Waarde |
|---|---|
| Bundelgedeelte (ter illustratie) | 300 × 200 mm |
| Omtrek, 2 × (300 + 200) | 1,000 mm |
| Bundellengte (ter illustratie) | 6 m |
| Film area, 1.0 m × 6 m | 6 m² before seal overlap |
The seal overlap adds a strip along the length; set it to the sealing method.
Bediening en veiligheid
The arm comes down over the bundle and the sealer runs along the film. Keep people behind the yellow rails while the line runs, use either emergency stop if needed, and reach into the station only with the line stopped and isolated.
De geldende normen zijn afhankelijk van de bestemmingsmarkt. Voor CE-markten beschrijft ISO 12100 de risicobeoordelingsmethode en EN 415-10 de algemene eisen voor verpakkingsmachines.
Selection checklist for a profile bundle packing line
- Bundle section and length range.
- Filmtype en -dikte.
- Seal type along the bundle.
- End closing of the cover.
- Aantal bundels per shift.
- Forklift or conveyor pickup.
Veelgestelde vragen over techniek
Q: What does the line do? A: It covers each profile bundle in film, seals it lengthwise and sends it out.
Q: How much film does a bundle take? A: Perimeter times length: 1.0 m × 6 m gives 6 m² before seal overlap in our example.
Q: How long does one bundle take in the video? A: About 84 s from arrival to exit, read from the video timestamps; your bundle length and film plan set your own time.
Q: Where are the emergency stops? A: One covered red stop on the cabinet and a second on the left column.
Q: Can it take my bundle sizes? A: Send the bundle sections and lengths and we set the film width and line.
