Hoe verpak je banden online via een automatische lijn?

Samenvatting Tyres coming off a production line need covering before storage, and doing it by hand slows the line. Our tyre packing line in this video clamps a small stack of tyres between yellow rollers on the conveyor, wraps it in black film and sends it on, so the tyres never leave the line to be packed. Whether the line keeps up follows from the tyre output en Grootte van de hoopWe controleren beide per project.

Inhoudsopgave

Wat de video laat zien

Two or three black tyres stacked on the conveyor wait under the orange and white frame of our packing line, with yellow rollers on both sides and orange mesh fencing to the left. The frame comes down and the yellow rollers close on the stack.

Black film is drawn over the tyres from above as the mechanism wraps them. The frame lifts, the wrapped stack runs on along the roller conveyor, and a second view follows a large wrapped stack past the white cabinet marked FHOPE.

How inline tyre wrapping works

Stap voor Wat gebeurt
Aankomst A stack of tyres reaches the wrap position on the conveyor
Klem The frame lowers and the yellow rollers close on the stack
Wikkel Black film is laid over the stack
Sinds The frame lifts and the rollers open
Uitvoer The wrapped stack runs on along the conveyor

The stack pauses only at the wrap position, so the packing line runs at the pace of production as long as the cycle fits.

Matching the cycle to tyre output

Illustratief voorbeeld:

Item Waarde
Tyre output (illustrative) 240 tyres per hour
Tyres per stack (illustrative) 3
Stacks per hour, 240 ÷ 3 80
Time per stack, 3,600 ÷ 80 45 s
Wrap cycle per stack Must be shorter than 45 s

More tyres per stack give more time per cycle; fewer give less. For single tyres, see our automatic tyre packing machine en onze tyre wrapping machine for PCR tyres.

Black film or clear film

Reden Effect
Lichtbescherming Keeps sunlight off the rubber in storage
Clean cover Keeps dust off the tread and sidewall
Stack holding Holds the stack together for handling
Uniforme uitstraling Wrapped stacks look the same on the shelf

Clear film is also possible if labels must stay visible.

Bediening en veiligheid

The frame lowers and the rollers close with force. Keep people outside the orange fence while the line runs, and clear a stack only with the line stopped.

Selection checklist for a tyre online packing line

  • Tyre OD, width and weight range.
  • Tyres per stack.
  • Tyres per hour from production.
  • Filmkleur en -type.
  • Transportbandhoogte en lijnindeling.
  • Vloeroppervlakte en stroomvoorziening.

Veelgestelde vragen over techniek

Q: Do tyres leave the line to be wrapped? A: No. The stack pauses at the wrap position on the conveyor, is wrapped and runs on.

Q: Can it keep up with production? A: Check the cycle against output. Our 240 tyres per hour in stacks of 3 gives 45 s per stack, so the wrap cycle must be shorter than that.

Q: Why use black film? A: It keeps light and dust off the rubber and holds the stack.

Q: How is the stack held while wrapping? A: The yellow rollers close on it from both sides.

Q: Is the line guarded? A: Yes. Orange mesh fencing surrounds the moving parts.

We plan your tyre packing line in three steps:

  1. Dien uw lay-outtekening in. with tyre sizes, stack size and output to info@fhopepack.com.
  2. Ontvang binnen 48 uur een offerte., with the cycle and film plan.
  3. Plan een locatiebezoek om de lay-out van de transportband en de beschikbare vloerruimte te controleren.
