Why single pipe bagging is automated
Manual bagging of individual pipes is slow, and its sealing quality varies from one operator to the next, which shows in damage and in the pack’s look. Steel tubes and pipes move by the thousands, so the bagging has to keep up without becoming the line’s slowest step. Automating the single bagging pass removes the bottleneck and the inconsistency together. The tube range and volumes are confirmed per project.

The line bags steel tubes and pipes one at a time, automatically, receiving each tube and delivering it bagged and sealed. A single tube is fed in, covered by the bag and sealed, then the next follows, all at the line’s rhythm. The high speed bagging flow
The line runs each tube through the bagging flow continuously, keeping pace with production so tubes do not queue at the bagging step. Speed in this line means consistent flow: the tube is fed, bagged and moved on without stopping the supply. The flow rate follows the tube sizes and the line feeding it, confirmed per project. A fast bagging step is what keeps the end of a steel pipe line clear.
Bagging the tube
The line applies the bag around each tube automatically, covering the steel so it travels clean and unmarked. Bagging individual tubes protects the surface and makes each tube easy to identify and handle on site. The machine draws the bag over the tube and closes it, keeping every tube at the same standard. The bag size and film follow the tube, confirmed per project.

Darbība un drošība
Run the line from the panel and it bags and seals each tube automatically at the set flow. Keep clear of the infeed, bag applicator, seal station and outfeed while the line runs, with guarding and emergency stops at the operator position. Routine checks cover the feeder, bag unit, seal bar, sensors and control, per the machine manual. Confirm the bag settings against the tube before each run so tubes come out sealed consistent.
