Kopsavilkums
A stack of foam or insulation panels holds together better and ships cleaner when it is shrink-covered as a unit. This line takes the panel stack on a roller line, feeds it into a box-style shrink unit, and moves the covered stack to an automatic film covering step for packing. The stack runs through shrinking and packing without an operator handling the load. Panel size, stack height and line layout are confirmed per project.

Why panel stacks need shrink covering
Foam and insulation panels are light but bulky, and a loose stack loses edge panels and picks up dirt before it ships. A shrink cover holds the stack together in one tight unit and keeps the surfaces clean.
Wrapping a panel stack by hand is slow and the cover never fits the load well. Shrinking film over the stack gives a cover that pulls tight around the whole unit. Panel size and stack height are confirmed per project.
Ko mašīna dara
The line is a panel shrinking machine and packing machine. A single panel is placed on the conveyor, more panels stack on top of it, and the finished stack is fed into a box-style shrinking unit on the roller line. The stack passes through the shrink step and is moved on to a film covering unit for packing.
Because the panels are stacked before shrinking, the load is handled as one unit rather than panel by panel. Conveyor and transfer layout are confirmed per project.
Stacked panels in the shrink unit
The footage shows panels being stacked into an even pile, then the pile being fed into the large box-style shrinking unit. The stack sits on the roller line, enters the unit opening, and comes out at the far side with the shrink cover applied.
The shrink unit is set up for the stack as a whole, so the panels stay aligned under the cover. The shrink process settings are confirmed per project.
On to the packing step
After shrinking, the panel stack is moved by a transfer arm onto the packing section, where an automatic unit applies the final film cover. The clip shows the stack arriving at the film covering unit ready for that step.
Joining the shrink unit to a packing unit is what turns a single operation into a line. Packing unit layout is confirmed per project.
Ko rāda videoieraksti
Our footage shows a panel shrinking machine feeding a stacked panel unit through a shrink unit and on to an automatic film covering step. It is a general demonstration, so your panel size, stack height and line layout are confirmed with us per project.

Darbība un drošība
Start the line from the control and the panel stack moves through shrink and packing under power. Keep clear of the roller line, the shrink unit opening and the transfer arm while the machine runs, with guarding around the moving parts.
Routine checks cover the conveyor drives, the shrink unit and the transfer arm, per the machine manual. Confirm the settings against the panel stack before each run.
Inženierijas bieži uzdotie jautājumi
Q: What does this line do? A: It shrinks a film cover over a panel stack, then applies a packing film cover.
Q: Why stack before shrinking? A: The load is handled as one unit instead of panel by panel.
Q: Does an operator lift the load? A: The footage runs the stack through on a roller line with a transfer arm.
Q: What does it suit? A: Foam and insulation panel stacks.
Q: What does the footage prove? A: A panel stack fed through shrink and packing in one continuous demonstration.
