Aliuminio profilių pakuotė: išsamus vadovas

Santrauka: This page is for anyone moving long aluminum profiles off an extrusion line and deciding how to automate the protective wrap. It explains what an automatic aluminum profile packaging machine wrapping line does, how a yellow frame ring rotates around a single profile as it travels, and what to verify with a supplier before you commit. The video below shows one profile fed, wrapped and output, and the photos on this page are product-library reference images, not stills from the clip.

Ką šis puslapis padeda jums nuspręsti

Long aluminum profiles need a protective wrap before they leave the extrusion line, and automating it across the full length is faster than hand wrapping. An automatic aluminum profile packaging machine wraps one profile as it travels along a conveyor. The video below shows that full run.

This page turns that machine into questions you can ask a supplier: what profile sizes it accepts, how the ring applies the film, and what controls come with it. The checklist at the bottom gives you a single request you can send as it stands.

What an automatic aluminum profile packaging line does

An automatic aluminum profile packaging machine wraps a long aluminum profile with a protective cover as it moves along a conveyor. One profile is placed by hand at the feed end, moved into the machine on a blue conveyor, and passed through a yellow ring-shaped wrapping head that rotates around it. The wrapped profile continues along the conveyor and exits at the output end.

In the video the line has a blue painted metal frame and a conveyor track made of separate blue units with orange locating pads on the track. The yellow frame-style wrapping head forms the processing zone, with yellow metal safety fencing around it.

How the ring wraps the profile

The ring motion is the defining feature of this line.

  1. Maitinti. A worker places one aluminum profile onto the track at the left feed area.
  2. Move in. The conveyor starts and carries the profile into the machine.
  3. Apvyniokite. The yellow ring-shaped wrapping head rotates around the profile, applying the cover over its surface.
  4. Išėjimas. The profile passes through the ring and continues along the blue conveyor, moving out to the output end.

Only one profile runs through the line at a time, moving continuously from feed to output with no visible pause.

Ką reikia patikrinti prieš perkant

The video shows the wrapping action, not the specification. Nothing on screen states profile length, size range, line speed, film data or throughput, so those figures come from the supplier in writing. Start with six facts:

  • Profilinis vokas — minimalus ir maksimalus profilio ilgis, plotis, aukštis ir svoris.
  • Pralaidumas — profiles or metres per hour.
  • Filmavimo sąranka — plėvelės tipas, plotis, storis ir sluoksnių skaičius.
  • Sandarinimo — how the film edge is finished on each profile.
  • Kontrolė — what the output-end control cabinet controls.
  • Saugos paketas — the yellow fencing, warning label and any emergency stop.

Kiekvienas elementas pakeičia pirkimo sprendimą. Žemiau pateiktame kontroliniame sąraše jie pateikiami kaip vienas prašymas, kurį galite išsiųsti tokį, koks yra.

Ką rodo vaizdo įrašas

What the video shows is one aluminum profile traveling through an automatic packing line. At the start the blue conveyor track is empty, and a worker at the left feed area places a long silver aluminum profile onto it. The conveyor starts and carries the profile into the machine, where a yellow ring-shaped wrapping head rotates around it and applies the cover.

The wrapped profile continues along the blue conveyor, passing through the processing zone and moving toward the output end. The line runs continuously for the whole clip, with the profile moving through and workers standing near the feed and output ends but not handling it during the wrap.

What the video does not show is just as important. It does not show profile length, width or weight range, line speed, profiles or metres per hour, film type, width or layer counts, model, power or voltage. It does not show a clear cut, seal or tape action on the film edge, and it does not show light curtains, interlocking fences or an emergency stop.

Direct observation notes from the sampled frames follow one rule: only what is visible is stated, and nothing is guessed from audio, because the clip has background music and no narration. The line has a blue painted metal frame with a conveyor track of separate blue units and orange locating pads on the track.

A yellow frame-style wrapping head forms the processing zone, and yellow metal safety fencing and a yellow-black warning label appear around the equipment. A control cabinet near the output end and in the background carries a display, buttons and red and green indicator lights, though no text on them is legible.

The product is a single aluminum profile with a rectangular cross-section, a silver-gray metallic surface, staying horizontal and moving from left to right through the clip. The photos on this page are product-library reference images from the manufacturer, not stills from the clip.

Pirkėjo patvirtinimo kontrolinis sąrašas

Klauskite tiekėjo Kodėl tai lemia pirkimą
Min/maks profilio ilgis, plotis, aukštis, svoris Whether the line holds your profiles
Profiles or metres per hour Ar jis neatsilieka nuo jūsų linijos
Plėvelės tipas, plotis, storis, sluoksniai Plėvelė apsaugo profilį
How the film edge is sealed No clear seal appears in the clip
What the output control cabinet controls A cabinet with display is visible
Safety: fencing, label, E-stop A yellow fence and label appear

Siųsti tiekėjui: Please confirm for the automatic aluminum profile packaging line shown in the demonstration video: (1) the minimum and maximum profile length, width, height and weight; (2) profiles or metres per hour; (3) film type, width, thickness and number of layers; (4) how the film edge is sealed on each profile; (5) what the output-end control cabinet controls; (6) fitted safety devices including the yellow fencing, warning label, emergency stop and certifications.

DUK

Does the profile rotate or the ring? The profile stays horizontal on the conveyor while the yellow ring-shaped head rotates around it to apply the cover.

How many profiles run at once? The video shows one profile running through the line from feed to output.

Kokie saugos elementai matomi? Yellow metal fencing around the processing zone and a yellow-black warning label. No obvious emergency stop appears in the clip; confirm it with the supplier.

Kitas žingsnis

Send the supplier your profile dimensions, target throughput and film requirements, and ask for the six verification figures from the checklist above.

Then confirm how the film edge is sealed, because no clear seal action appears in the clip and it decides whether the wrap stays closed in transit.

Then ask about the safety package, since the video shows yellow fencing and a warning label but no obvious emergency stop. Use the kontaktas puslapis kad pradėtų tą mainą.
