Santrauka: This page is for anyone packing motorcycle tires on a line and deciding how strapping, compression and film wrapping should combine. It explains what the automatic motorcycle tire strapping and packing line shown in the demonstration video does, how a wrapped ring of tires travels on a roller conveyor through a film-wrapping stage, and what to verify with a supplier before you commit. The video below covers one film-wrapping pass, and the photos on this page are product-library reference images, not stills from the clip.

Ką šis puslapis padeda jums nuspręsti
Motorcycle tires are round, springy loads that are hard to keep in a neat, compressed stack for packing. A full tire packing line handles stacking, compression, strapping and film wrapping in sequence. The demonstration video on this page shows one stage of that work. This page turns the demonstration into questions you can ask a supplier.
The video below is short and shows a wrapped ring of tires moving through a film-wrapping stage. The checklist at the bottom gives you a single request you can send as it stands.
What a motorcycle tire packing line does
An automatic motorcycle tire strapping and packing line is described as handling the full packaging flow for tires. That flow stacks tires into a neat stack, compresses it where required, applies straps with controlled tension, and wraps the stack in film. The demonstration video on this page shows one of the stages in action, with a wrapped ring travelling on a roller conveyor.
In the video a grey metal machine with a roller conveyor and an upper frame carries a ring-shaped load wrapped in blue film. The upper frame lowers to apply film around the load, and the wrapped load leaves on the conveyor.
How the film-wrapping pass works
The conveyor, the upper frame and the film system work together.
- Enter. The wrapped ring of tires sits on the roller conveyor and moves into the machine.
- Frame down. The machine’s upper frame lowers over the load.
- Apvyniokite. Film is applied around the load by the closing frame.
- Išeik. The wrapped load is pushed out and continues on the conveyor.
The video shows this single pass only. Stacking, compression and strapping are named in the product description but are not demonstrated on camera.
Ką reikia patikrinti prieš perkant
The video shows one film-wrapping pass, not the full line, and nothing on screen states capacity, sizes or speed. Those figures must come from the supplier in writing. Start with six facts:
- Padangos apvalkalas — minimum and maximum tire diameter, width and stack height.
- Pralaidumas — tires or stacks per hour and cycle time.
- augalotas — strap type, tension and placement, since the video does not show it.
- Suspaudimas — stack compression force and method.
- Plėvelės įvyniojimas — film type, layers and how the wrap is finished.
- Saugos paketas — guarding, emergency stop and certifications.
Kiekvienas elementas pakeičia pirkimo sprendimą. Žemiau pateiktame kontroliniame sąraše jie pateikiami kaip vienas prašymas, kurį galite išsiųsti tokį, koks yra.
Ką rodo vaizdo įrašas
What the video shows is one film-wrapping pass on a roller conveyor line. The video opens with a ring-shaped load wrapped in blue plastic film sitting on a roller conveyor, with the machine’s upper frame and control area visible. The load then moves right into the machine’s packing area as the upper frame lowers.
Once the load is inside, the machine closes its upper frame and applies film so the load becomes fully wrapped. The wrapped load is then pushed out of the machine and continues along the conveyor. A heat-shrink machine with a white wheeled unit appears at the lower left of the frame in the closing moment, and the film on the finished load is still settling at the very end.
What the video does not show is just as important. The video does not show tires being stacked, the stack being compressed, or any strap being applied, tensioned or cut, even though the product title describes a strapping and packing line. It does not show rated capacity, tire sizes, cycle time, model or power, and it does not show any emergency stop, guard, light curtain, warning signage or interlock.
Direct observation notes from the sampled frames follow one rule: only what is visible is stated, and nothing is guessed from audio, because the clip has background music and no narration. The machine has a grey metal body and a roller conveyor on the lower deck.
An upper frame lowers to wrap the load, with a film supply feeding it, and a control panel on the right shows red and green buttons and a display whose functions are not legible.
The product is a ring-shaped load wrapped in blue plastic film with printed markings on the film that are not clearly readable, and it stays horizontal and upright as it travels along the conveyor. The heat-shrink machine is only partially visible at the edge of the frame. The photos on this page are product-library reference images from the manufacturer, not stills from the clip.
Pirkėjo patvirtinimo kontrolinis sąrašas
| Klauskite tiekėjo | Kodėl tai lemia pirkimą |
|---|---|
| Min/max tire diameter, width, stack height | Whether the line holds your tires |
| Tires per hour and cycle time | The video shows one pass, no rate |
| Strapping method, tension, placement | Strapping is named but not shown |
| Compression force and method | Compression is not demonstrated |
| Film type, layers, finish | Only the wrap pass is filmed |
| Safety: guarding, E-stop, certs | No safety items appear in the footage |
Siųsti tiekėjui: Please confirm for the automatic motorcycle tire strapping and packing line described on this page: (1) the minimum and maximum tire diameter, width and stack height; (2) tires or stacks per hour and rated cycle time; (3) how strapping is applied, its type, tension and placement; (4) the stack compression force and method; (5) the film type, number of layers and wrap finish; (6) fitted safety devices including guarding, emergency stop and certifications.
DUK
Does the video show tires being strapped? No. The demonstration shows a film-wrapping pass only. The strapping, compression and stacking steps named in the product title are not visible, so confirm them with the supplier.
What product appears in the video? A ring-shaped load wrapped in blue plastic film — consistent with a stack of motorcycle tires — travels on the roller conveyor through the film-wrapping stage.
Is the heat-shrink machine part of the line? A machine with a white wheeled unit appears at the edge of the frame, but it is only partially visible. Confirm the full line layout with the supplier.

Kitas žingsnis
Send the supplier your tire sizes, output and packaging sequence, and ask for the six verification figures from the checklist above.
Then confirm how strapping and compression are handled, since the video does not demonstrate those steps.
Then ask about the film-wrapping stage and the full line layout, because the video shows only one pass through the wrapping machine. Use the kontaktas puslapis kad pradėtų tą mainą.
