Why tall loads need a vertical wrap
A tall pallet load held together only at the base can shift as it is handled. Film over the full height keeps the stack stable and the contents protected.
Hand wrapping a tall load means reaching above shoulder level, which is slow and gives an uneven wrap. A machine whose film arm travels the full height covers the stack evenly. Load size and height are confirmed per project.

The machine is an automatic vertical pallet wrapper. The load sits on a round turntable, and a vertical arm is held above it. When the cycle starts, the turntable turns the load while the arm travels and applies film around the stack, covering the full height as the turn and the arm travel work together.
The operator starts the machine from a control panel and then stands clear while the wrap runs. The arm travel matches the load height. Stack height is confirmed per project.
Arm down and turntable turning
The wrap uses two movements at once: the turntable rotates the load, and the vertical arm travels as it turns. Each turn of the turntable lays one band of film, and the arm travel moves the wrap across the stack. The two motions together cover the whole height in even bands.
Because the arm moves at a steady pace relative to the rotation, the overlap stays consistent across the whole height. Arm speed and rotation are confirmed per project.
Operator start and stand clear
The footage shows the operator walking to the control panel and starting the cycle, then observing from clear of the machine while the arm lowers and the turntable turns. This is a typical semi-automatic rhythm: the operator loads and starts, the machine wraps.
The operator does not need to touch the load during the wrap, which keeps the work safe and consistent. Load placement and cycle start are confirmed per project.

操作と安全性
Position the load on the turntable, start the cycle from the panel, and the arm wraps the stack with the operator clear. Keep away from the turntable, the arm path and the film while the machine runs, with emergency stops at the operator position.
Routine checks cover the turntable drive, the vertical arm and the film feed, per the machine manual. Confirm the wrap settings against the load before each run.
