Why band stacks of paper
A stack of books or magazines slides apart at the edges and takes handling time in a distribution line. A band holds the stack square so it moves and stores as one unit.
Banding each stack as it passes keeps the line moving without tying by hand. Stack size is confirmed per project.

The machine applies a band around stacks of books or magazines. The stack, whether books, magazines or boxed items, moves in on an infeed table onto a black twin belt, and an overhead banding head wraps and seals a band around it.
The operator feeds one stack and takes the next banded one from the outfeed side. Stack size and band pitch are confirmed per project.
Infeed and belt
The operator places a stack on the infeed table, and a black twin belt carries it to the banding position. The belt moves the stack at a steady pace so the band lands on the same place each cycle.
A short, compact belt suits a bench-level line. Stack height and feed pace are confirmed per project.
Banding head
An overhead head lowers over the stack, wraps the band around the bundle and seals it. The head returns and the stack moves on to the outfeed.
The vertical head keeps the band square over the stack. Band width and sealing method are confirmed per project.
