机器的功能
The machine automates two jobs that go together on a panel line: rotation and stacking. Panels are turned, typically by 180 degrees, when a product needs processing, inspection or packaging on both sides, and then stacked in accurate alignment for the next stage. Replacing manual turning and stacking with the machine takes the physical work out of the line and keeps the stack consistent.

Panel rotators and stackers serve every industry that moves large flat work. Metal fabrication flips steel sheets for inspection or coating, woodworking handles boards for sanding or finishing, and glass plants rotate delicate panels safely. Building materials run drywall and composite boards, while automotive and aerospace move large sheet-metal components. The application decides the load, and the load is confirmed per project.
Rotating and clamping
The rotation is a controlled move, not a free swing. An electromechanical or hydraulic drive turns the panel at a set angle through precision bearings. The panel is held by a clamping system, hydraulic for heavy plates or pneumatic for delicate boards, selected per project based on panel weight and surface sensitivity. Clamping and turning follow the panel dimensions and surface.

Before and after rotation, the machine places the panel exactly where it needs to go. Lifting and positioning units, such as hydraulic scissor lifts or chain conveyors, move the panel or the stack into position for the turn and then for stacking. Alignment guides and sensors keep each panel square in the stack, and powered conveyors transfer the finished stack out of the station.

A programmable controller runs the rotation, positioning and stacking sequence, and a touchscreen panel sets panel size, rotation speed and stack pattern. Each panel type is stored as a recipe, so changing from one product to another recalls the right rotation and stack settings instead of re-entering them. Diagnostics surface faults by code from the same panel.
Safety and throughput
The reasons for automating are as much about people as output. Turning and stacking heavy panels by hand is slow and carries a real risk of injury and panel damage, which is why the station is guarded and interlocked. Safety interlocks, light curtains or area scanners, physical guarding and emergency stops keep operators clear of the rotation zone while the cycle runs.

Load panels according to the recipe and start the cycle from the panel. Keep clear of the rotation and stacking zone while it runs. Emergency stops sit at the operator position, with interlocks, light curtains or scanners and guarding around the station.
