Our tube bagging machine forms a film envelope around each length as it feeds through. It heat-seals the envelope closed and cuts it between pieces, so every tube leaves in its own sealed sleeve.

Operators lay single profiles on a long stainless in-feed table, one after another. At the head of the machine, polished guide rollers fold the film from the roll into a tube shape around the profile path. Bagged profiles come out at the far end and are stacked on a cart beside the line, ready for bundling.

Why bag each length

When finished profiles are bundled bare, they rub against each other at every lift. A sleeve on each length keeps the faces apart, so the bundle can be strapped or wrapped without marking the surface. The sleeve also keeps dust and moisture off until the profile is cut and fitted on site.

The operator lays a tube or profile on the in-feed conveyor.
Film from the roll is folded by guide rollers into a tube around the product path.
The product runs into the film tube and the long edge is sealed.
Between two pieces the cross seal closes the envelope and cuts it.
The out-feed conveyor carries the sealed piece clear.
The next piece follows straight on, so feeding is continuous.

The machine runs under PLC control with inverter speed adjustment and precise sealing temperature control. The bag size adjusts for different tube OD. For mixed lengths, the operator enters the range, for example 2 m minimum to 6 m maximum, and the machine sets the seal points from it; the limits for your line are confirmed at quote. Voltage and frequency follow your plant, confirmed at quote.

Film breedte

Film width ≈ product perimeter + seal allowance

Example only: a 30 mm round tube has a perimeter of π × 30 ≈ 94 mm. With a 20 mm allowance for the long seal and clearance, the film is about 114 mm wide. A 40 × 20 mm rectangular profile has a perimeter of 2 × (40 + 20) = 120 mm and needs about 140 mm. The film width for your profile is confirmed at quote.

Productie per uur

Pieces per minute = bagging speed ÷ (piece length + gap)

Example only: 6 m profiles with a 0.5 m gap at 26 m/min give 26 ÷ 6.5 = 4 pieces per minute, or 240 per hour. At this rate the in-feed must be loaded every 15 seconds, so two operators or an automatic feed table keep the machine full.

Veiligheid

We design to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for the electrical equipment. Sensors and mechanical limit stoppers protect the sealing station, and motor over-current protection is fitted.

Q: Does the seal leave smoke or residue on the profile? A: The seal and cut use a constant-temperature heat-sealing system, which is smokeless and leaves no film residue. The temperature is set for BOPP or PE.

Q: Can it bag steel tube as well as aluminum? A: Yes, it was built for tube feeding and bagging, inside the 9.5–50 mm OD range.

Q: How is the film roll changed? A: The roll is designed for an easy material change, and the control screen menu is in English. The unwind shaft type and changeover time are confirmed at quote.
