Samenvatting
Fibre panels stack light and flat, and a packing step that lets them rub or slip makes the surface wear. This fibre panel packing machine wraps and packs fibre panels, holding the stack and its surface in the pack. We build fibre panel packing machines. Panel range and pack plan are confirmed per project.

Why the fibre panel surface wears
A fibre panel’s face is part of the product, and panels that rub or shift in the pack wear that face. Stacked panels travel together, so one loose panel costs the whole stack its clean surface. Machine wrapping is what holds the stack and stops the rub. The panel range and its surfaces are confirmed per project.
Wat de machine doet
The machine wraps fibre panel stacks, applying film around the stack to hold the panels together and protect the face. The wrap takes the slack out of the pile so panels do not move against each other. Because the machine wraps to hold, the stack ships with its surfaces clean. The covered step is confirmed per project.
Wrapping the panel stack
Film is applied around the whole stack, wrapping the panels in the order they were gathered. A full stack wrap holds the pile as one and keeps the face inside the film. The wrap passes follow the stack, confirmed per project.
Holding without rubbing
The wrap holds the panels together without the panels pressing hard enough to mark each other. Holding without rubbing is the balance the film tension has to strike. The tension follows the panel face and film, confirmed per project.
At the panel line
The machine runs at the panel line, taking the finished stack and wrapping it before it leaves the floor. Running at the line means the face is protected from the moment the stack is complete. The panel moves from the line into its wrap. The line layout is confirmed per project.
A stack that ships clean
What leaves the machine is a stack that ships clean, wrapped and held with its surfaces intact. A clean stack is what the next stop expects from the line. The machine closes the pack at that standard. The pack standard is confirmed per project.
Typische configuratie

| Elektrische voeding | 380 V driefase 50 Hz, of 220 V eenfase voor lichte machines, te kiezen per project. |
Wat de video laat zien
Our footage shows a fibre panel packing machine wrapping panel stacks. It is a general demonstration, so your panel range and pack plan are confirmed with us per project.

Bediening en veiligheid
Run the cycle from the panel and the machine wraps each panel stack automatically. Keep clear of the wrap area, film path and outfeed while the machine runs, with guarding and emergency stops at the operator position. Routine checks cover the wrap drive, film carriage, tension, sensors and control, per the machine manual. Confirm the wrap settings against the panel before each run so stacks hold.
Veelgestelde vragen over techniek
Q: What does this machine wrap? A: Fibre panel stacks, applying film to hold the panels together.
Q: Why does the surface wear? A: Panels that rub or shift in the pack wear their finished face.
Q: How does the wrap hold? A: It pulls the stack together so panels do not move against each other.
Q: How is tension balanced? A: Enough to hold the stack, not enough to mark the panel faces.
Q: What ships out? A: A stack wrapped and held, with its surfaces clean.
