Santrauka: This page is for anyone packing wound cable or wire coils on a budget, or checking whether a small automated wrapping step fits their line. It explains what an economic cable coil packing machine does, how the static-coil design wraps a coil without spinning it, and what to verify with a supplier before you commit. The video below shows one machine wrapping a black cable coil in repeated passes, and the photos on this page are product-library reference images, not stills from the clip.

Ką šis puslapis padeda jums nuspręsti
A wound coil of cable or wire carries its value on the surface of the outer wraps. A scuffed edge or a loose film end in transit means returns, and manual wrapping eats labour on every coil. This page is about the economical end of that decision: a small automated coil packing machine that wraps a coil with film while the coil stays still.
The video below shows the whole cycle in under a minute. This page turns that machine into questions you can ask a supplier. You need to know what coil sizes it accepts, how the film is applied, what the “economic” claim is really based on, and what safety devices it fits.
What an economic cable coil packing machine does
An economic cable coil packing machine applies stretch film around a wound cable or wire coil to protect it during handling and transit. The machine holds the coil in place and moves a film applicator across it, laying a tight spiral of transparent film over the outer wraps.
In the video, the cycle is automatic. A black cable coil sits on two white support columns, and when the machine runs, an arched metal arm with yellow rollers descends while transparent film is pulled from a top spindle. The film wraps around the coil, the arm lifts, and the pass repeats, building film layers. When the film roll runs low, an operator replaces it with a fresh roll on top of the machine.
Because only the film moves, the coil is not rotated or spun while it is wrapped. That matters for large or loosely wound coils that could be disturbed by rotation.
The figures below show the same coil-finishing context from related machines.
Statinės ritės įvyniojimas
Dvi spiralės vyniojimo geometrijas lengva supainioti, ir šis vaizdo įrašas aiškiai išsprendžia klausimą.
- Statinės ritės tipas — the coil stays still on its support and the wrapping mechanism moves over it. This is what the video shows.
- Patefono tipas — ritė sukasi ant platformos, o filmavimo vežimėlis lieka šalia jos. Šiame klipe neparodyta.
For a cable or wire plant, the static-coil design has a practical benefit: the product does not spin, so heavy or fragile coils are not disturbed during wrapping. The machine wraps the circumference and seals the end without needing a rotating platform under the coil. The trade-off is that the cycle covers a coil from both sides with repeated passes, so throughput depends on how many passes your film recipe needs.
What “economic” really means
The word “economic” in the title is a positioning claim, and the video does not put a number on it. What the footage does show is concrete: the coil is wrapped automatically with consistent film coverage, and the only human step visible is film-roll replacement. That is the honest basis of the claim.
What the video does not show is the part that decides whether the machine is actually economical for you. No throughput figure, coil-size range, film cost per coil, power data or payback figures appear on screen. So before you treat “economic” as a promise, ask the supplier for three numbers: coils per hour at your coil size, film cost per coil, and the delivered price including guarding and installation. Only those make the positioning real.
Ką reikia patikrinti prieš perkant
Vaizdo įraše rodomas mechanizmas, o ne specifikacija. Ekrane nėra nurodytas ričių dydžių diapazonas, ciklo laikas, plėvelės duomenys ar saugos įtaisai, todėl šiuos skaičius raštu pateikia tiekėjas. Pradėkime nuo šešių faktų:
- Ritės apvalkalas — išorinis ir vidinis skersmuo, plotis ir svorio diapazonas.
- Filmavimo sąranka — film type, width and how many passes are applied.
- Pasivažinėjimo dviračiu laikas — ritinių per valandą pagal jūsų ritės matmenis.
- Filmo apdaila — ar plėvelės uždėjimo pradžia, pjovimas ir užklijavimas gale yra automatiniai.
- Output and unload — how the wrapped coil is removed, which is not shown in the clip.
- „Ekonominis“ teiginys — throughput, film cost and payback figures in writing.
Kiekvienas elementas pakeičia pirkimo sprendimą. Žemiau pateiktame kontroliniame sąraše jie pateikiami kaip vienas prašymas, kurį galite išsiųsti tokį, koks yra.
Ką rodo vaizdo įrašas
What the video shows is an economic static-coil cable and wire packing machine running a short cycle. A black coil of wound wire or cable sits on two white support columns and stays completely still. When the machine starts, an arched metal arm with yellow rollers descends while transparent film is pulled from a top spindle and wraps around the coil. The arm lifts and repeats the pass three times in the clip, building film layers over the coil.
What the video does not show is just as important. It does not show coil size range, outer or inner diameter limits, width or weight, cycle time, throughput, the number of film passes set, film type or width, model number, power or voltage.
It does not show an output or unload step, because the clip ends with the operator replacing the film roll. It does not show an emergency stop, guarding, light curtains or interlocks, and it does not show any certifications.
The machine has a blue-painted metal frame, two white support columns, yellow infeed and outfeed rollers and white guide rails. An arched arm with yellow rollers passes over the coil.
A blue control panel on the right carries red, green and white buttons with green and red indicator lights, and a green light signals the machine is running.
| Output and unload method | How a finished coil leaves the machine |
| Throughput, film cost, payback figures | Validates the “economic” claim in writing |

Our coils are wound cable and wire, outer diameter [X] mm, width [X] mm, weight up to [X] kg.
DUK
Ar ši mašina suka ritę? No. The video shows a static-coil machine: the coil stays still on the support columns while the wrapping mechanism passes over it. If a turntable design suits your product better, ask the supplier to compare the two.
Is the “economic” positioning backed by real figures? The video shows automated wrapping but no numbers. Ask for coils per hour, film cost per coil and delivered price, so the cost claim is validated against your own coil size before you buy.

Kitas žingsnis
Send the supplier your coil mix and target output, and ask for the six verification figures from the checklist above, including the throughput and cost numbers behind the “economic” claim.
Then confirm on a trial run that your film applies cleanly on your coil surface in the number of passes you plan.
Then plan the output side, because the clip stops at the film change and does not show how a finished coil leaves the machine. Use the kontaktas puslapis kad pradėtų tą mainą.
