クリップの内容は、
包装機はコンパクトな機械で、白い台座の上に黄色のメッシュガードで覆われた縦長のリングが取り付けられている。その横には画面とボタンが付いた白い操作ボックスがあり、他にも同様の機械が作業場にずらりと並んでいる。
1. **0 to about 4 s.** The operator bends down and lifts a white coil of printed PERT pipe into the machine.
2. **About 6 to 10 s.** He sets the coil upright on the guide rollers, with the ring passing through the coil eye.
3. **About 12 to 16 s.** The ring turns inside the yellow guard and film runs onto the coil. The operator keeps his hands on the coil.
4. **About 17 to 23 s.** The wrap continues around the coil while the operator steadies it from the front.

貫通パイプコイルラッパーの仕組み
コイルは支持ガイドローラーの上に直立しており、リングがその穴に通されています。リングが回転すると、フィルムロールが穴を通って外側に巻き取られ、1回転ごとに内側、外側、両面が覆われます。同時に、ローラーがコイルをゆっくりと回転させるため、フィルムロールはコイル全体に巻き取られます。
重なり具合は、リング速度とローラー速度の比率によって決まります。どちらもインバーターで設定され、重なり具合は20%から90%まで設定可能です。フィルムロールのブレーキでフィルムの張力を調整します。巻き取りが完了すると、リングは開始位置に戻り、次のコイルを巻き取ることができます。

タクトチェック
PERTコイルを60秒ごとに1個供給する押出成形ラインを例にとると、タクトタイムはコイル1個あたり60秒です。15～35秒の巻き取り時間があれば、手作業による積み込みと積み下ろしに25～45秒の余裕が生まれます。
35秒のラッピングでは、残りはわずか25秒しかなく、コイルの切断と取り外しも行う作業員1人にとってはギリギリの時間です。より高速なラインでは、供給コンベアと排出コンベアを追加することで、作業員はラッピングの確認だけに専念できるようにします。

制御と安全
クリップでは、作業者はリングガードの横にあるコイルに手を添えたまま、リングが回転します。コイルのアイと回転リングの近くに手を添えるのが、設計上の重要な動作です。リングをガードし、ガイドローラーでコイルを保持するため、作業者は巻き付けが始まる前に後ろに下がります。
フィルムを通したり、詰まったコイルを外したり、リングガードの内側に手を伸ばしたりする前に、包装機を停止、隔離、ロックしてください。手動モードはセットアップ時のみ使用し、各ステップの間はリングを停止させてください。
適用される規格は、販売先の市場によって異なります。CE市場の場合、ISO 12100はリスク評価方法を規定し、EN 415-10は包装機械の一般要件を規定しており、安全ガードや停止機構を定めています。
