How stretching works
Before film touches the load, it passes over pre-stretch rollers that draw it out while it is still on the machine. The film then lands already elongated, so it does the holding work without needing to be pulled against the product. Overlapping turns build a helical cover from base to top, and containment comes from the whole wrap, not one layer.
Turntable, rotary arm or ring
Three architectures wrap a pallet, and each suits a different load. A turntable rotates the pallet while the film carriage rises and falls, and is the workhorse for stable, heavier loads.
A ring machine feeds the pallet through a rotating film head for continuous vertical application, which suits high-output continuous lines. A rotary arm keeps the pallet still and orbits the film head, suiting unstable or tall profiles that would drift under rotation. Which machine lives in your bay depends on load stability, floor space and throughput, and we match it per project.
Force-to-load tension control
A fixed tension wraps a rigid load fine, but pushes too hard on a soft one and too gently on a heavy one. Force-to-load control reads the stack’s resistance while it wraps and adjusts tension in the cycle, so a fragile carton gets a gentler wrap than a drum without a hand on the panel.
Felső lemezborítás
Dust and moisture settle on the top of a pallet, not its sides. A top sheet covering module lays a sheet over the load and tucks it under the first wraps, so the stretch film locks the sheet in place as it rises. This closes the covered top without a second machine.
Sarokdeszkák
The corners are where straps and hands land, and where film is weakest stretched over a 90-degree turn. Applied corner boards spread the wrap load over the edge, keeping the film intact on the sharpest part of the pallet.
Profiles and one-operator lines
Wrapping profiles store the settings for a light load, a heavy load and a fragile one, and switching is a stored selection on the control. A single operator then oversees the station instead of hand-wrapping each pallet, and the line keeps running between changes.

The wrapper runs from a control panel with stored profiles and an emergency stop at the operator position, with guarding around the rotating platform and film head. Keep hands clear while the cycle runs. Routine checks cover the film path, sensors, brushes and the top sheet module, per the machine manual.
