A coated coil packing machine wraps a coated steel coil — such as color-coated or pre-painted strip — in stretch film or paper on a dedicated wrapping station, so the finished surface stays protected from handling marks, dust and moisture from the line to the customer. Why Pack Coated Coils Differently
Coated strip has a finished paint film that must not be scratched:

How the Wrapping Station Works

Q: Can it wrap with paper instead of film?
A: Yes, depending on the dispenser. State the material and gauge when specifying so the carriage and seal unit match it.
Q: Does it handle the coil rotation itself?
A: On powered-roller stations the coil rotates under the carriage; manual stations rotate by operator. This is a project choice.
K: Millised ohutusstandardid kehtivad?
A: The machine family is designed with EN 415-10 as the packaging-machinery safety reference and an ISO 12100 risk assessment for the moving carriage.
