Máquina automática de alimentación, agrupación y encogimiento para productos pequeños.

Resumen ejecutivo

An automatic feeding, grouping and shrinking machine takes small products one by one, arranges them into a fixed group, wraps the group in shrink film and shrinks it tight in a hot-air tunnel. One operator can then handle neat multipacks instead of loose pieces. Our equivalent solution is built around your product size and pack pattern. This page explains the three stages, how to size film and packs per minute, and what to check before you buy.

Small white cylindrical products stand upright in a single file along a green guide lane. Red guide arms driven by air cylinders push them into a compact block of two rows of six on a metal platform. The group moves on a black belt into the film section and then over a silver mesh belt through the shrink tunnel, whose entry is closed by a red flexible curtain. The whole machine sits in an off-white sheet-metal frame on adjustable feet.

Why group and shrink small products

Small rolls, tubes, cans and bottles are slow to count and pack by hand, and loose pieces get damaged in a carton. A shrink-wrapped group is counted once, stays together, shows the product through clear film, and packs into cartons or onto trays without filler. Automation also keeps the count right in every pack.

The three stages

  1. Alimentación: products come from your line or a hopper and line up in a guided lane, one by one and upright.
  2. Agrupamiento: pushers and guide arms collect the set number of pieces and square them into a block.
  3. Wrapping and shrinking: film is sealed around the group, then a hot-air tunnel shrinks it tight and a mesh belt carries the pack out to cool.

Each stage is timed to the next, so the count and spacing stay the same at full speed.

Grouping patterns

Patrón de Costura Piezas Uso típico
× 1 6 6 slim tubes, single row
× 2 6 12 small rolls and cans
× 2 8 16 very small items
× 3 4 12 squarer packs

Changing pattern means changing lane guides and pusher stroke. Ask how long a changeover takes if you run several SKUs.

Tunnel size and weight 2,400 × 600 × 1,550 mm, 600 kg

Sizing film and output

Film width ≈ 2 × (pack width + pack height) + seal overlap (30 mm in the example). Packs per minute = items per minute ÷ items per pack. For 40 mm diameter, 60 mm high items in a 2 × 6 group (example only):

Comprobar Cálculo Resultado
Tamaño del paquete 6 × 40, 2 × 40, 60 240 x 80 × 60 mm
Ancho de la película 2 × (80 + 60) + 30 310 mm
Película por paquete 240 + 60 acerca 300 mm
Packs per minute at 360 items/min 360 ÷ 12 30
Tunnel energy per pack, at full power 16.5 ÷ (30 × 60) aproximadamente 0.009 kWh

30 packs per minute is the bottom of the reference range; slower lines buffer products or run the wrapper in intervals. The tunnel uses less than full power once hot, so the real energy per pack is lower.

Problemas comunes

  • Pieces fall over in the lane: the lane is too wide or the product is top-heavy. Set guides to the product diameter.
  • Wrong count: feeding faster than the grouping can index. Balance the infeed speed.
  • Loose or burnt film: tunnel temperature or belt speed not set for the film. Tune them together.
  • Dog ears at the ends: too much film length. Reduce the end allowance.

Lista de verificación de selección

  1. What are the product size, shape and weight?
  2. Which group patterns, and how many SKUs?
  3. How many pieces per minute come from your line?
  4. Which film and print, if any?
  5. What happens to packs after the tunnel?
  6. What power supply is on site?

Seguridad

The machine is designed to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for electrical equipment. Hot surfaces in the tunnel, the seal jaws and the pushers are the main hazards, so they are covered and the access points are interlocked.

Preguntas frecuentes sobre ingeniería

Q: What products can it group? A: Small rolls, tubes, cans, bottles and similar items that stand or lie stably.

Q: How fast is it? A: The reference wrapper does 30–150 packs per minute; your rate depends on pieces per pack.

Q: Which film does it use? A: Single-layer POF film on the reference model.

Q: Can it run several pack patterns? A: Yes, with change parts for the lanes and pushers.
