Resumen ejecutivo
Doors, panels, windows and lumber are large, flat and long, and wrapping them by hand is labor-intensive and uneven. This horizontal orbital wrapper covers door and panel products automatically: the product is passed through the machine while film is wound around it, protecting the length and the faces. We build horizontal wrapping machines for doors and panels. Product range and wrap plan are confirmed per project.

Why large flat products are hard to wrap
Large flat products are the hardest to wrap by hand: they are wide, long and easily damaged, and a hand wrap covers the middle while leaving the ends thin. Traditional packaging methods are labor-intensive and inconsistent, and they fail to protect adequately. Door and panel products need a wrap that reaches the whole length evenly. The product range and its handling are confirmed per project.
Qué hace la máquina
The horizontal orbital wrapper wraps doors, panels, windows and lumber automatically, winding film around the product as it passes through the machine. The product moves straight through while the wrap ring rotates around it, covering the length in an even spiral. Because the machine sets the pass and the film, every product gets the same cover. The covered steps and wrap plan are confirmed per project.
The horizontal orbital wrap
In the horizontal orbital design, the product travels through the machine on a conveyor while a ring carrying the film rotates around it. The orbital ring lets the wrap run without turning the product, which suits long and flat items that are hard to rotate. Film passes are laid along the length, building a cover that holds the product together. The orbital settings follow the product cross-section, confirmed per project.
Doors panels windows and lumber
The machine is built for the range of large flat and elongated products: doors, panels, windows and lumber. These products share the same challenge of a long, wide, vulnerable surface, and they share the same wrapping answer. One machine covers the product mix the facility runs. The product mix and its cross-sections are confirmed per project.
Covering the whole length
The wrap covers the full length of the product, not just its middle, because the ring continues its passes from end to end. Even coverage along the length is what protects the ends from the damage that hand wraps allow. The film reaches where the product is most exposed, holding the shape through handling. The coverage and film plan follow the product length, confirmed per project.
Integrity in handling and transit
A full, even wrap keeps the product intact through handling, storage and transport, where a partial wrap lets edges and ends take the marks. Integrity is the reason for wrapping, and an even cover is what delivers it consistently. Machine wrapping is what takes the protection off the operator’s judgment. The protection standard is confirmed per project against the product’s journey.

Operación y seguridad
Run the recipe from the panel and the machine feeds and wraps each product automatically as it passes through. Keep clear of the infeed, wrap ring, film path and outfeed while the machine runs, with guarding and emergency stops at the operator position. Routine checks cover the conveyor, ring, film carriage, sensors and control, per the machine manual. Confirm the wrap settings against the product before each run so products come out covered even.
Preguntas frecuentes sobre ingeniería
Q: What does this machine wrap? A: Doors, panels, windows and lumber, covering the full length.
Q: Why horizontal orbital? A: The ring rotates around the product as it passes, so long flat items wrap without turning.
Q: How is the length covered? A: The ring lays film passes end to end, reaching where hand wraps go thin.
Q: What protects the product in transit? A: An even, full-length cover holds the shape through handling and transport.
Q: What range does it take? A: The door, panel, window and lumber mix the facility runs, confirmed per project.
