Schrumpfverpackungsmaschine für Schuhkartons

Executive summary

Shoe boxes move in high volume and each one needs a clear, tight, tamper-evident wrap without slowing the packing line. A shoe box shrink wrap machine wraps center-folded film around each box, seals and cuts it with a heated knife, and shrinks it tight in a hot-air tunnel in one continuous run. This page covers how the sealer and tunnel work, the MO-350 data, which box sizes fit, and how to check film width.

Labelled shoe boxes queue on a long green belt conveyor and feed one by one into the sealer. Film passes over red perforating rollers above the infeed, folds around each box and is sealed and cut, then the box goes through the shrink tunnel. Wrapped boxes come out at even spacing for carton packing, where a Kartonverschließer can close the shipping case.

Why shrink wrap shoe boxes

A shoe box lid can lift in transit, and dust or handling marks show up on the printed carton. Shrink film keeps the lid shut, protects the print and shows at once if a box was opened. Clear film also keeps the barcode label readable through the wrap, so the box can be scanned without unwrapping.

Wie funktioniert die Maschine?

  1. Einspeisung: boxes arrive on the belt conveyor; a photo eye spaces them.
  2. Perforate: film runs over perforating rollers so air can escape in the tunnel.
  3. Fold and wrap: center-folded film opens over a former and closes around the box.
  4. Versiegeln und schneiden: a thermostatic knife seals and cuts the film around the box; the electric eye and timer set the film length.
  5. Schrumpfen: the box passes through the tunnel on rotating silicone-coated rods, so the film shrinks evenly underneath too.
  6. Auslauf: wrapped boxes cool and go on to cartoning.

MO-350 data

Artikel FHOPE MO-350 motion sealer shrinking machine
Dichtungshöhe ≤ 200 mm
Siegelbreite ≤ 350 mm
Product width + height ≤ 400 mm
Filme center-folded POF or PE, roll up to 580 mm wide (width of roll as listed), 280 mm roll OD
Tuning 10.5 kW, 380 V 50–60 Hz 3 phase
Luft 0.5 MPa as listed on the page (supply confirmed at quote)
Arbeitshöhe 780 – 820 mm
Gewicht 600 kg
Tunnelförderer chains with rotating silicone-coated rods, variable speed

Larger boxes use the MO-600 (sealing width ≤ 600 mm, height ≤ 250 mm).

Will your box fit?

Check: box height ≤ 200 mm, box width ≤ 350 mm and width + height ≤ 400 mm. Film folded width ≈ box width + box height + allowance. A shoe box 330 × 210 × 120 mm, run with its 210 mm side across the machine, gives width + height = 330 mm, inside the 400 mm limit. Its folded film needs about 210 + 120 + 50 = 380 mm, within the 580 mm film width (example only).

Auswahl-Checkliste

  1. Box length, width and height range?
  2. Boxes per minute?
  3. POF or PE film, and thickness?
  4. Single boxes or pairs?
  5. Inline with labelling and cartoning?
  6. Power and air at the site?

Sicherheit

We design shrink packers to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for electrical equipment. The sealing knife and tunnel are guarded, and an E-stop is on the panel.

Häufig gestellte Fragen zur Technik

Q: POF or PE? A: POF gives a clear, glossy retail wrap; PE is tougher for heavier packs.

Q: Why perforate the film? A: The holes release trapped air, so the film shrinks flat without bubbles.

Q: Will the label still scan? A: Yes, through clear shrink film.

Q: Can the line run different box sizes? A: Yes, within the sealing limits, by adjusting the former and film length.
