Automatische Verpackungsmaschine für gewebte Rohrbündelbeutel

Executive summary

An automatic pipe bundle woven bag packing machine pulls a woven polypropylene bag over a counted bundle of pipes, or over one large pipe, and sews the mouth closed. Woven bags are tough, cheap and printable, so they protect PVC, PPR and PE pipe in transport and carry the brand to the job site. This page explains the bagging cycle, bundle and bag sizing, and how the bagger joins your extrusion line.

Long pipe bundles, each in a printed woven bag, lie in blue V-shaped supports after bagging. The bagging machine sits in a white frame with its bag holder and clamps along the line, and the bagged bundles are stacked on the floor ready for dispatch.

Why woven bags for pipe

Woven PP resists tearing when bundles are dragged off trucks, keeps dust and sunlight off the pipe, and can be printed with your brand and pipe size. A sewn mouth stays closed in handling.

The bagging cycle

  1. Bundle in: a counted, strapped bundle (or a single large pipe) arrives from the bundling machine.
  2. Bag open: the woven bag is held open by clamps at 0.15 MPa, so it does not slip during insertion.
  3. Einfügen: the bundle is pushed into the bag; servo adjustment sets the stroke for each pipe length, without steps.
  4. Close: the bag mouth is sewn with thread for a secure closure.
  5. Out: the bagged bundle rolls into storage supports, set to the pipe centre height.

Pipe and bundle ranges

Artikel Woven bagging machine Film bagging machine (reference)
Rohrtyp PVC, PPR, PE straight pipe PE, PP, HDPE
Größe pipe diameter 100–300 mm bundle OD 180–250 mm, pipe 20–65 mm
Länge stepless servo adjustment 3–6
Arbeitsbreite 1,000mm -
Luft bag clamp at 0.15 MPa 5–7 bar
Ausgang matched to the extruder more than 1 bundle per minute

The woven bagger can follow single, double or four-strand extrusion, and connects directly to our bundle binding machine.

Bundle size: how many pipes

In a hexagonal pack, 7 pipes give a bundle diameter of about 3 × pipe OD; 19 pipes give about 5 × pipe OD. Seven 63 mm pipes make a bundle of about 3 × 63 = 189 mm, inside the 180–250 mm range of our bundling line (example only). Our online bundling line counts automatically and handles 5–50 kg bundles, with bundle diameter customizable from 100–400 mm.

Bag length and output

Bag length = bundle length + 2 × end allowance. A 6 m bundle with 0.15 m at each end needs a 6.3 m bag (example only). At 1 bundle per minute, that is 60 bundles per hour, or 480 in an 8-hour shift. Order bag rolls or cut bags for that rate, and plan bag changes into the shift.

Auswahl-Checkliste

  1. Pipe diameters and lengths?
  2. Single pipes or bundles, and pipes per bundle?
  3. Extruder output and number of strands?
  4. Bag size and print?
  5. Sewn mouth only, or end caps too?
  6. Link to an existing bundling machine?

Sicherheit

The machine is designed to EN ISO 12100:2010 for risk assessment, EN 415-10 for packaging machine safety and EN 60204-1 for electrical equipment. The pusher, bag clamps and sewing head are the main hazards, so they are guarded with an emergency stop along the line.

Häufig gestellte Fragen zur Technik

Q: What pipes can it bag? A: PVC, PPR and PE straight pipe, from 100–300 mm diameter as single pipes, or bundles of smaller pipe.

Q: How is the bag closed? A: The mouth is sewn with thread.

Q: Can it handle different lengths? A: Yes, with stepless servo adjustment.

Q: Does it work with my bundling machine? A: It is designed to connect with our bundle binding machine; other machines are checked at quote.
