Was das Video zeigt
Eine mit weißen Rollen beladene Palette fährt auf dem Rollenförderer heran und hält in der Mitte eines blauen Portalrahmens an.
Der Querträger senkt sich auf die Ladung ab und bleibt während des gesamten Verpackungsvorgangs darauf gepresst. Nach Abschluss des Vorgangs hebt sich der Träger wieder, und das Förderband transportiert die Palette aus der Maschine. Ein Bediener überprüft anschließend die Linie an einer HMI-Konsole mit Grafikbildschirm, und eine grüne Leuchte am blauen Schaltschrank leuchtet auf.

Förderband und Presse sind auf die schwerste Palette ausgelegt, nicht auf eine durchschnittliche.
Kontrollen und Sicherheit
Der Pressbalken senkt sich auf die Ladung, und die Paletten werden auf angetriebenen Förderbändern transportiert. Halten Sie Personen während des Betriebs vom Portal und vom Förderband fern und betreten Sie den Bereich nur bei angehaltener und isolierter Anlage.
Die anzuwendenden Normen hängen vom Zielmarkt ab. Für CE-Märkte legt ISO 12100 die Risikobewertungsmethode fest und EN 415-10 die allgemeinen Anforderungen an Verpackungsmaschinen.
