The clip opens on a dark steel coil on a yellow roller conveyor under the vertical arm of the wrapping station, beside a white control cabinet. It then moves to a gantry section, where a carriage with a gripper runs over a roller conveyor and a scissor-lift table.
Next, a green gantry lowers a horizontal press and strapping head onto a coil on a roller bed. The last shots show a wrapped coil on a wooden pallet under a vertical strapping head with guide rails. FHOPE branding and a “PACKING SOLUTIONS” banner appear on the machines and the wall.

Strap per coil-to-pallet band: a quick estimate
A band that ties a coil to its pallet runs over the coil and under the pallet deck. The rectangular path below is an upper-bound estimate; the real band follows the coil curve and is a little shorter. Illustrative example for a coil lying eye horizontal:

控制与安全
The gantry carriage, scissor lift and strapping heads move automatically over the conveyors. Keep people out of the module zones while the line runs, and enter only with the module stopped and isolated.
