Why the coil carries its brand
A cable coil travels with its wrap, and the wrap is where the customer reads the maker and the spec. A coil that loses its mark is a coil that loses its way to the right order. Putting the logo on with the wrap is what keeps the identity on the coil. The coil range and its marking are confirmed per project.
Mit csinál a gép
The machine wraps cable coils and feeds the logo into the wrapping step, applying film and marking the wrap as the coil passes. The logo goes on as the film is laid, riding on the pack from the machine. Because wrap and logo run together, the coil leaves marked. The covered cycle is confirmed per project.
Wrapping the cable coil
The cable coil is wrapped in film under machine control, with the wrap holding the cable and protecting it. Machine wrapping gives every coil the same hold around its wire. The wrap pass follows the coil, confirmed per project.
Feeding the logo
The logo is fed into the wrapping step, applied to the film as it goes around the coil. Feeding the mark during the wrap is what keeps it on the pack instead of added later by hand. The logo position and repeat follow the coil, confirmed per project.
Brand on the pack
The result is the brand on the pack: the coil wrapped, its mark visible, its identity with the order. Brand on the pack is what tells the customer’s floor which coil is which. The machine carries the mark through every wrap. The branding standard is confirmed per project.

Run the cycle from the panel and the machine wraps and marks each coil automatically. Keep clear of the wrap area, film path, logo feed and outfeed while the machine runs, with guarding and emergency stops at the operator position. Routine checks cover the wrap drive, film carriage, logo feed, sensors and control, per the machine manual. Confirm the wrap and logo settings against the coil before each run so marks land.
