Why PET film wrapping
A stack of folded strips or a coiled item can separate or pick up dirt while it is moved and stored. A transparent PET film wrap holds the bundle together and keeps the outer surface clean without taping every piece by hand.
The machine wraps the item in place on a rotating table, so the wrapping is even around the circumference. Item range and film choice are confirmed per project.

Rotating table and wrap head
The item sits on a rotating table at the centre of the machine, and a film roll mounted above feeds film to the wrap head. As the table turns, the film is laid around the item in a spiral from top to bottom.
The yellow mesh fence around the rotating area keeps hands away from the moving parts while the cycle runs. Table size and film width are confirmed per project.

Place the item on the table, start the cycle from the panel, and watch the wrap from a clear position while the table turns. Keep hands clear of the rotating table and the wrap head while the machine runs.
Routine checks cover the table, the film roll and the mesh fence, per the machine manual. Confirm the item is seated before each cycle.
